SNSA has scheduled a number of coach events for Henderson United and Southern Highlands® United coaches for the Spring 2013 season:

NEW COACH MEETING/ROSTER PICKUP
SNSA will host a meeting for new HUYS and SHU coaches on Saturday, February 16 from 10:00am-10:45am at Green Valley HS; Spring 2013 season information will be discussed, and team rosters will be distributed at the meeting.  Returning HUYS coaches may pick up their Spring 2013 coach packets any time between 11:00am-1:00pm at Green Valley HS.  Returning SHU coaches can pick up their Spring 2013 coach packets between 2:30pm-3:30pm at Findlay Chevrolet.

UNIFORM/SCHEDULE PICKUP
SNSA will distribute uniforms and game schedules for the Spring 2013 season on Saturday, March 2 from 11:00am-1:00pm at Green Valley HS.

COACH TRAINING CLASSES
SNSA will host a Coach Goalkeeper Training class for coaches on February 16 from 11:00am-12:00pm at Green Valley HS.  This class is designed to teach fundamental goalkeeper skills instruction techniques for HUYS and SHU coaches in the U9-HS age divisions.

SNSA will offer beginning and intermediate coach training classes on Saturday, March 2 at Green Valley HS.  The Level 1 Coach Course (9am-12pm) is designed U5-U8 coaches that are new or have never attended a coach training class.  The Level 2 Coach Course (1pm-4pm) is designed for U9-HS coaches that have not attended a coach training course, or for coaches that have attended the Level 1 Coach Course. The courses consist of a classroom session followed by a field training session.

SNSA will also offer continuing coach education during the Spring 2013 through our Coach Technical Training (CTT) classes. These classes will focus on technical skills instruction topics, including dribbling, passing, receiving, 1v1 and shooting. The CTT classes will be held on Fridays, March 15 & 22 and April 12 & 19 at Anthem Hills Park.
